Benaulim House
The listing had a very Goan vibe to it—vintage and homely. Right from the booking, the host was responsive and friendly to cater to all our needs. When we arrived there as a party of 12, they helped us settle in, offered us some drinks, showed us the rooms, and gave us clear instructions to feel at ease. The villa is located near Maria Hall and has a supermarket, pharmacy, fruit market, and all other necessities nearby. The beach is about 1.2 km away from the stay and is totally walkable, with stores and restaurants on either side of the road. I'd surely recommend this old Goan villa for a larger group of travellers whenever visiting the beautiful Benaulim beach. Other recommendations: Beno Restaurant (for their Gin collection and the lovely cats), Cinnamon Restaurant (for the awesome breakfast menu), and Goodfellas (pizza and wine).

We had a lovely stay at Rosita's house and would stay again. Great location, peaceful, near restaurants and shops. WiFi not great. Very clean and comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a walk-through to the kitchen.

This is an excellent bungalow for around 5 couples / a group of 15-16 people. Very peaceful place with parking space. House with kitchen in each floor, fridge and gas stoves. Rooms are spacious. 1st floor has no attached bathrooms. Place is not far from happening places. 10 mins drive to Madgao. Benaulim beach is walkable(1Km) and is very clean and nice to play around with water sports facility too. There are many bar and restaurants along the beach for nice evening dinner! As they say in Goa to commute around, u need to have a car / 2 wheeler. Could be rented easily. Depending on taxi / auto is not going to workout. The host Ms Rosita is gem of a person! She is available next door for any type of support 24X7. We really felt at home.
